In the latest in our Get To Know blog series we meet our Coaching and Data Lead, Tom Doughty who works in partnership with our Occupational Therapists to deliver inclusive, accessible, fun physical activity sessions across delivery sites in Essex. Tom also manages the support and training of new coaches when they join the team and leads the data capture element of the organisation.
