Sport for Confidence Renews Partnership with Upshot

As part of its ongoing, insight-driven national strategy, Sport For Confidence CIC has extended its partnership with Upshot. 

 

“Upshot provides our team with the perfect data solution,” explains Tom Doughty, Data Entry Lead at Sport For Confidence. 

 

“Our Occupational Therapists use the system to record clinical notes, whilst our coaching team use it to record attendance at delivery models – both easily, digitally and safely. 

 

“Through Upshot’s secure digital platform, we log and track data in real-time using any internet-connected device, recalling individual records or creating reports that enable us to analyse collective data. 

 

“As our organisation grows, both in terms of the number of team members inputting data and the volume of data being recorded, it is absolutely imperative that we are able to record and organise our raw data into meaningful reports that help us to measure impact effectively. Our insight-driven approach helps ensure we continue to optimise outcomes for the individuals we work with, our partners and the wider communities we serve.” 

 

Upshot first started working with Sport For Confidence in 2021 and has been instrumental in the collection and management of data for many interventions, including the award-winning Prevention and Enablement Model (PEM). This project required the accurate collation of data from multiple participants over a period of 2-years in order to be able to calculate the return on investment for funders, delivery partners and the wider health and physical activity sectors.
