Monday:

Gym for Confidence for Carers: 1pm – 2pm

Thursday:

Drop-In Multi Sports Session for Carers: 11am – 1pm

Key information

Cost: £2.50 per session, and you’ll need to pay at the desk on arrival.

Our Local Partners

By collaborating with our local partners, we are able to reach a larger audience, promote inclusive physical activity and increase the impact we have on our client’s health and wellbeing.

How we work with our partners:

  • Trustlinks – A two-way information signposting process. Jointly worked on creating a flyer for carers.
  • Southend Carers – A two-way information signposting process. Jointly worked on creating a flyer for carers.
  • Essex University Partnership Trust – Including Community Psychologists, Community Occupational Therapy Team, Communications Team.
  • Stepping Out – Jointly organised Carers walking event.
  • Anxiety Society – Provided 6-week intervention on anxiety management.
  • Southend Borough Council – Helps promote sessions and provides networking links.
  • Action for Family carers – A two-way information signposting process. Jointly worked on creating a flyer for carers.
  • Everyone Health – Refers and signposts clients to physical activity.
