Come Along To Our Big Health Day!

Sport for Confidence are excited to be hosting ‘The Big Health Day’ at Basildon Sporting Village to improve the accessibility of health and care services for people with a learning disability and / or autism in the South of Essex. 

 

On the day there will be a range of services attending such as: Adult social care, Hospital Liaison team, Learning Disability team, Essex Wellbeing Service as much more. 

 

Upstairs will host the opportunity to gain more information and discuss health topics and screenings such as GP Annual Health Checks, constipation, breast cancer and more. 

 

We will be running fun physical activity sessions indoors and outdoors (weather dependant) for people to get involved with.

The day is free to attend and open to people living in the South of Essex living with a learning disability and / or autism and their families and carers.
